25 gal (95 L) Onboard Water Tank Provides clean water for cleaning and can supply drilling fluid for smaller job sites. Easy access to clean water from the external tank.
The machine is only 35.5" (90 cm) wide and 158" (401 cm) long. The compact size of the D7x11 Series II allows operation in congested urban areas where larger machines cannot operate.
The D7x11 Series II carries 198' (60 m) of 6' (1.8 m) one-piece FIRESTICK I rods. FIRESTICK rods are made of high-quality alloy steel, providing excellent strength and flexibility.
Allows easy making up and breaking out of joints or the drive chuck to the rod. The design prevents thread wear and extends the life of the rod and chuck.
Allows easy removal of the drill head without wrenches — removing one bolt releases the hex bushing. Minimal tools are required for fast changeout of the head or tooling.
The drilling fluid pump also functions as a high-pressure washdown unit. Allows for easy cleaning of the machine at the end of the workday.
Flow rate of 9.5 gpm (36 L/min), suitable for small bore diameters. The flow rate can be increased via an external mixing system such as the Vermeer ST250. Efficient fluid flow increases job site productivity.
Designed for easy connection and disconnection of drill rods. No external tools are needed, which reduces time and increases productivity.
Vise controls are integrated into the right joystick. The operator does not take their hand off the joystick, which speeds up the work process.
9000 lb (4082 kg) of thrust/pullback. Provides the necessary power for longer bores and pulling back heavier products.
The D7x11 Series II features a self-cleaning rack-and-pinion carriage drive. The bolted-on gear track is easily replaceable compared to welded sections.
Patented two-way system that allows engine shutdown and locks out rotation, thrust, and flow from any point along the path. Helps prevent incidents in the exit pit.
