The MR2000 combines both a mixing and reclaiming system. This machine is capable of processing up to 2.000 L/min of drilling fluid, while transporting just one machine to perform two critical functions on a horizontal directional drilling jobsite.

Through two 10-in desander hydrocyclones, plus twelve 4-in long-body hydrocyclones in combination with a large screen area a premium cleaning performance is achieved.

To minimize transport dimensions, the shaker module ships inside the tank. During setup, thanks to a self-erecting hydraulic system, the module can be lifted out and installed on top of the container ready to work.
